    • Payment: All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    • We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout.

    • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

    • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

    6. Return and Refund Policy

    • You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 2days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at makhershop1@yahoo.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error like, wrong item sent.

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

    7. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makhershop Yesglobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products.
